Wildlife Pond Installation – Belrose
The Brief
Client wanted to bring water into the garden for both tranquillity and wildlife.
Our Approach
With the Client, we agreed on a pond and running stream surrounded by native species which would provide habitat for frogs/lizzards and other critical wildlife.
Outcomes
A 500+ litre pond to house native fish species and aquatic plants
A running stream with 3 small falls built with bush rock
Native plantings to increase plant diversity and create habitat around the pond
Native plants below the pond with species such as Lemon Myrtle, Midyim Berry, Correas, Emu Bush and more.
