Landscape Construction – Avalon
The Brief
Client a needed a new access pathway built for their beautiful bush garden in Avalon, one that was both stable and sustainable.
Our Approach
Luckily for us there was an abundance of old railway sleepers onsite. These had been laid a long time ago as an access pathway but had since moved significantly, were off level and very slippery to walk down. We dug these up and repurposed them into retaining stairs and filled with deco granite.
Outcomes
Solid access pathway providing stability for people of all ages
Repurposed all existing materials giving this lovely old hardwood a new life
A beautiful aesthetic that blends into its bush surrounds
A natural materials, no cement, treated pine etc.
